To configure a virtual template for MLP LFI on a frame-relay subinterface, you have to remove the DLCI configured under that subinterface first before reapplying it back with the ppp keyword.

 frame-relay interface-dlci 30 ppp virtual-template 1
Apply any LLQ, IP settings, ppp configs under the virtual template interface.

Create a Public distro list and assign it a number.
You can choose individual phones as members of the PDL.
Or you can create a Group, make this group a member of the PDL and make individual phones as members of the group. You can also add a GDM as a member.

T37 inbound fax to Unity - debugs.

OUtput of debug fax mspi all on T37 router. (First few lines are from debug isdn q931 to show the fax call come into the t37 router)
A successful fax inbound from the router to Unity will throw the following debugs.
